Position Overview

The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for coordinating shipment activity, resolving customer inquiries, maintaining accurate documentation, and supporting terminal operations. Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional customer support via phone, email, and in person
• Process and track orders, shipments, and documentation
• Coordinate with warehouse, dispatch, and operations teams to ensure timely movement of freight
• Resolve customer issues, delays, and discrepancies with urgency and accuracy
• Maintain logs, reports, and system updates in accordance with company standards
