We are currently looking for a Administration Team Leader to join the team on our Kent County Council contract. You will be responsible for the management and coordination of the delivery of a Minor Works project admin team working closely alongside the Senior Project Manager SPM. Based at our office in Kent. As the Administration Team Leader you will Provide team management oversight for day-to-day service delivery of the Project Small Works ensuring that all project documentation is filed online using Skanskas CAFMConcept. Supervise and mentor a team of 6 office-based Project Administrators ensuring tasks are completed in a timely manner and resolving any escalations. Coordinate project administration activities including arranging quotations contractor communications site access meeting invitations agendas and client approvals within KPI timeframes. Manage Small Works tasks scheduling with end users collating Health & Safety documentation and maintaining accurate project records and tracking sheets. Proactively liaise with Technical Staff Supervisors Managers Sub-Contractors and Client Teams ensuring accurate relevant and timely communication while following up on quotations RAMS invoices and other key project information Support the Senior PM Project ManagerAPMs in preparation and collation of weekly and monthly reports. We are looking for A good understanding of the Microsoft Office Suite of software Office 365 Teams and SharePoint. Good customer focus and telephone manner is essential along with the ability to work alone and as part of a team to meet deliverables. Evidence of working in a role requiring high volume data input. Evidence of working in a high pressure customer service role. DBS Enhanced vetting is mandatory and will be arranged for the successful candidate.
