Job Title: Administrative and Accounts Receivable Clerk

Summary

Responsible for banking and deposits, A/R collections, computing fees, preparing invoices, and providing administrative support to Customer Service and Purchasing.

---

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

· Verify, post, and maintain records of business and financial transactions.

· Manage and file invoices, packing slips, receipts, and related documentation.

· Support Business Development, Sales, Purchasing, and Marketing teams as needed.

· Operate office and accounting systems, telephones, copiers, printers, and related equipment.

· Follow ISO 9001 / AS9100 requirements as applicable.

Pay $18-$23 DOE
