YOUR ROLE AS An Administrative Assistant for a Local Restaurant!
- Data Entry
-Create and maintain up to date weekly and daily sales reports
- Provide exceptional in-person and phone guest services
- Provide in store support to cashiers. Assist with FOH duties as needed
- Catering Coordinator. Responsible for taking catering orders from guests, as well as ensuring catering orders and executed properly.
- Deliver and set up catering orders
- Proficient menu knowledge. Understanding pricing and proper packaging for both in-store and catering orders
- POS proficiency
-Advanced understanding of managerial systems. Ability to report data across multiple platforms
- Comply with all Health Department requirements and standards
- Abide by all driving laws
Qualifications:
- Must be 21 years or older
-Must have a clean driving record and maintain such through out employment
- Energetic
- Prior food experience preferred
-Prior Admin Experience
- Must have reliable transportation
- Exceptional leadership, guest service, and communication skills with guests and team
members
