Richman Property Services is currently seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. Are you a community-inspired, passion-driven individual with a can-do attitude? If so, we want you on our team!
Position: Administrative Assistant
Location: Wall Street Place, Our 155 unit residential (New Construction). In addition, help Support River Commons (34 units), Norwalk, CT, 06850
Hours: Monday through Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm. 40 Hours a week.

Education:
High School Diploma or GED and some college preferred
Experience:
Minimum 2 years of experience in apartment leasing and/or property management preferred
Skills & Certifications:
Excellent command of the English language - both written and oral
Customer service and detail-oriented
Good time-management skills and ability to work independently on multiple projects simultaneously
Residential Property Management experience preferred
Ability to self-manage and prioritize
Exceptional resident relations skills
