Sigma Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to support a busy government office located at 10 Park Plaza, Boston, MA. This is a 6-month onsite contract opportunity working within a fast-paced administrative environment.


Job Overview

We are looking for a reliable Administrative Support professional who can multitask, manage daily office operations, and provide excellent front-line support. The ideal candidate thrives in a structured, high-volume office setting and has prior experience in administrative or clerical roles.


Key Responsibilities

  • Open, sort, and distribute incoming mail
  • Provide phone coverage and call routing support
  • Assist and direct customers, visitors, and internal staff
  • Monitor and respond to general office email inboxes
  • Perform general filing and document organization
  • Maintain accurate records and archive documents properly
  • Support day-to-day administrative tasks as assigned
  • Ensure smooth office workflow in a fast-paced environment

Required Qualifications

  • Previous experience in an Administrative Assistant, Office Assistant, or Clerical Support role
  • Strong multitasking and organizational skills
