Responsibilities
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls
- Greet residents, visitors, and vendors in a professional manner
- Provide administrative support to the property management team
- Maintain resident files and office records
- Assist with data entry, correspondence, and document preparation
- Handle inquiries in both English and Spanish
- Support leasing and property management operations as needed
Qualifications
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
- Previous administrative or office experience
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Yardi software experience preferred
- Property management experience is a plus
