Administrative Assistant

National Account Administrative Assistant: The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day needs of the office and providing support to management as needed.

This is an in-office role located in Canonsburg, PA that is paying $40k - $42k plus premier benefits.

Job Summary:

• Supporting Sales Representatives
• Work collaboratively with the sales and marketing team throughout the organization
• Running monthly reports
• Compile correspondence and presentations of monthly analytics
• Creating and maintaining reports in MS Excel and Word
• Managing a multi-line telephone system
• Supporting Management with day-to-day business needs
• Tracking Sales
• Data entry into Salesforce for database growth
• Provide back-up to the Executive Assistant as required
• Manage confidential information

Candidate Qualifications:

• Must have 3-5 years administrative experience preferably with a sales and marketing team
• Advanced Excel experience is required
• Experience with Salesforce.com is a plus
• Excellent communication, follow-up, interpersonal skills
• Organizational skills with attention to detail
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities
• Be a proactive self-starter with the ability to work independently or collaboratively with other departments
• Must have strong data entry skills
