Administrative Assistant - Direct Hire in the Loop
LHH is seeking an entry-level administrative assistant for our client in the Loop. This organization provides white-glove financial services to a large client base nationwide. The person in this role will be the face of the company, greeting clients and managing front office operations.

Overview,

  • Employment type: Direct-Hire
  • Location: Onsite in the Loop
  • Hours: Monday - Friday, 9AM-5:30 or 6PM
  • Salary: $55-58k + full benefits (BCBS insurance, 3 weeks of paid time off, retirement savings contributions, etc.)
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor degree in business or related field
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Outlook for calendar functions
  • 1-2 years of prior administrative or office experience
  • Polished communication skills and presence
  • Soft skills: Thrives on being go-to person, seeks out resolution to problems or questions, takes initiative

Daily responsibilities include:
  • Front desk reception duties, answering client calls and greeting clients and visitors in office
  • Setting up conference rooms, stocking kitchen and office supplies
  • Running internal communications, assisting with employee engagement events
  • Managing incoming and outgoing mail, preparing shipments
  • Ordering catering for staff meetings, securing technology and providing basic troubleshooting


Pay Details: $55,000.00 to $58,000.00 per year
