Position Overview

Riverside Research is seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant to support the National Space Intelligence Center (NSIC) at Wright-Patterson AFB, OH. The Administrative Assistant will manage calendars; coordinate and help prepare for meetings/conferences; disposition incoming/outgoing correspondence; maintain common data sites/repositories to ensure timely, accurate dissemination of information; and track taskers to completion. Candidates must be technically proficient in Microsoft Office applications and capable of devising practical and sustainable processes.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and prepare documents supporting meetings
  • Manage calendars, schedule appointments, deconflict supported activities
  • Help manage/maintain common data repositories (folders, SharePoint, etc.)
  • Track taskers to completion
  • Assist in the creation of correspondence to include memos, letters, e-mails, briefings, agendas, staff summary sheets and meeting minutes
  • Support records management functions as needed
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications

Qualifications
  • Top Secret clearance with SCI adjudication
  • 2 - 5 years of relevant experience
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office products to include Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, familiar with SharePoint
  • Ability to work and interact with technically and organizationally diverse personnel
  • Self-motivated, detail oriented, responsible team player able to work independently with minimal daily direction; effective/efficient written/verbal communication skills
Preferred Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Prior experience in an administrative assistant role


Global Comp

$45,000 - $55,000 This represents the typical compensation range for this position based on experience, location and other factors.
