LHH Recruitment Solutions is working with a leading company to fill their open Administrative Assistant job in Denver, CO. To qualify, you must have at least 2 years of recent, relevant experience in a similar role.

This is a temporary job opportunity that is expected to last at least 3 months. Depending on your performance and this client's needs, this role could get extended and/or result in a permanent position in the company. You will earn between $22.00 and $25.00 per hour.

Responsibilities:

  • Greeting guests at the front desk
  • Answering phones and transferring calls
  • Sorting incoming and outgoing mail
  • Filing, scanning, and organizing documents
  • Scheduling appointments
  • All other related tasks as required

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of recent, relevant experience in a similar role
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational skills

Compensation:

Hourly rate between $22.00 and $25.00
