Responsibilities:
- Maintain compliance and accuracy of employee personnel files, ensuring all required licensure and documentation are up to date
- Collect, compile, and analyze moderately complex data and information to support HR processes
- Run reports and coordinate communications related to licensure, credentialing, and Joint Commission requirements
- Support HRBP with pre-hire and onboarding coordination, including tracking documentation, managing communications, and uploading records into systems (e.g., API, OnBase)
- Assist with new hire orientation logistics and coordination
- Conduct degree and credential verifications as requested by the HR team
- Serve as a liaison between HR and employees, supporting inquiries and facilitating communication
- Provide support on special projects and departmental initiatives as assigned
- Perform other related duties as needed to support HR operations
Requirements:
- Education: HS Diploma
- 1 year of administrative experience
- Experience with Excel
