**Must have experience in  AP/AR Invoices  and purchasing experience **

Schedule - Monday to Friday 8:00am to 4:30 pm

Payrate - $19-21.00 an hour

We are seeking an experienced, headstrong, Administrative Assistant to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success. This individual must be able to THRIVE in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Draft correspondences and other formal documents

Plan and schedule appointments and events as needed

Greet and assist onsite guests as needed

Average - Accounts Receivable / Account Payable experience 

Order office , warehouse and kitchen supplies as needed

Distribute at times employees work equipment and attire

Keep the break room and small kitchen supplied and clean

Qualifications:

Previous experience in office administration or other related fields

Ability to prioritize and multitask various tasks

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Excellent data entry skills

Strong attention to detail

Strong organizational skills

Knowledge of invoices and purchase orders

 

 

Skills Highly Needed - Excel and knowledge of spreadsheets , Data Entry , Outlook, Microsoft Office Products etc.
