Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 am-5:00 pm
Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour (DOE)

Job Duties:
  • Be the first point of contact-manage incoming calls, emails, and walk-in visitors with professionalism
  • Coordinate calendars, meetings, and appointments to keep the team on track
  • Prepare polished reports, spreadsheets, presentations, and documents
  • Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical) for easy access and accuracy
  • Manage office inventory and order supplies as needed
  • Support ongoing projects with data entry, research, and administrative tasks
  • Help create a welcoming, efficient, and well-run office environment

Job Requirements:
  • 2+ years of administrative or office support experience
  • Strong skills in MS Office
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines
  • Positive attitude and team-first mindset
