Pay Rate: $18

What You'll Do

• Billing Support - Assist with invoicing, data entry, and documentation accuracy.
• Record Inbound Work - Log and track incoming work to maintain workflow visibility.
• Invoice Distribution - Support the preparation and distribution of invoices.
• Cross‑Department Training - Learn multiple functions within the department to provide flexible support.
• Phone Support - Answer calls, route inquiries, and assist customers professionally.
• Customer Inquiry Resolution - Address and resolve customer questions with clarity and follow‑through.
• General Administrative Support - Assist with office coordination and collaboration across departments.

What We're Looking For

• 3-5 years of administrative or customer service experience.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent time management and ability to prioritize.
• Comfortable working in a busy, fast‑paced environment.
• Flexible and able to shift between tasks as priorities change.
