What you'll do:

Administrative Assistant

Fort Myers, FL

Lightning Wireless Solutions, Inc. has an immediate opening for a full-time administrative assistant.

Daily Duties Include:

• Reception and answering phones
• Extensive customer interaction and some inside sales
• Receivables and collections
• Maintaining the two-way department service calls and schedule
• Maintaining inventory levels (stock and install supplies)
• Processing and fulfilling customer orders
• Shipping and receiving
• Submitting monthly vendor reports
• Ability to complete and submit paperwork

Specifics & Pay Compensation:

• Office is located near Daniels & US41
• Office hours are 8:15 AM - 5:00 PM (Monday - Friday) with 45-minute unpaid lunch break and two, 15-minute paid breaks
• Includes paid holidays (after 90 days)
• Includes vacation days and paid sick days (accrued after the first year)
• Includes health benefits (obtainable within 60-90 days)

What you need to be successful:

Candidate Qualifications Include:

• Must be available Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Experience with Excel, Word, and PC based software
• Experience with QuickBooks
• Professional appearance and good verbal/written communication skills
• Must be a responsible worker that can work without supervision
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be able to lift and move boxes of stock
• Able to pass a background check and drug screening
