The Administrative Assistant position will report directly to Regional Administrator. This position will perform routine clerical, secretarial and administrative work in data processing, light accounting and record keeping.
Job Responsibilities:
* Assist Houston service manager in job management.
* Scanning completed service job files.
* Operates listed office machines.
* Maintains virtual job files.
* Process sales orders.
* Data entry for remote offices for accounting.
* Checking and verifying job files and service tickets for accuracy.
* Cut vendor purchase orders (POs).
* Update all purchase orders created and sent through the Docuware system.
* Assist regional admins with retrieving freight costs to keep jobs moving through the system.
