Provides secretarial/administrative support across all areas and levels of the organization. Uses a wide array of business software applications. Day-to-day communication with peers, faculty, and occasional contact with executives.
Location MU - Marshall University Salary Range $28,777-$37,410. Salary is commensurate with education, experience and internal equity. Salary Grade 2 Salary Type Salary Time Type Full-Time

Required Qualifications
Education
Associate degree or vocational school
Experience
1-2 years of experience in a corporate or professional environment and demonstrated computer skills. Ability to work with Microsoft Suite of Products, especially MS Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel. Must be able to perform all essential job duties as outlined in the job description.
Preferred Qualifications
Education Experience
Banner student and finance, HR and MURC modules, knowledge and ability to use the PeopleAdmin System and Ad Astra scheduling system. Familiarity with MU, MU Foundation and MURC policies and procedures is preferred. Additional years of related work experience in a corporate or professional environment is desirable.
