    Description

    Job Summary

    TalentWise LLC is building a pipeline of administrative support professionals to support anticipated government contract awards with Arlington County, VA.

    The Administrative Assistant I provides routine clerical and administrative support to ensure efficient daily operations. This role performs standardized tasks such as data entry, recordkeeping, document preparation, and customer service support.

    The position supports internal staff and the public by providing information, maintaining organized records, and assisting with basic administrative and operational functions.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Perform general clerical duties including data entry, filing, and record maintenance 
    • Prepare routine correspondence, reports, and documents 
    • Maintain and organize physical and electronic filing systems 
    • Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and direct calls appropriately 
    • Provide information and assistance to clients, staff, and the public 
    • Assist with scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, and coordinating basic logistics 
    • Support administrative processes such as mail distribution, supply management, and document tracking 
    • Assist with basic payroll, invoicing, or personnel documentation tasks as needed 
    • Maintain office supplies and support day-to-day office operations 
    • Provide general customer service and assist in resolving routine issues 

    Minimum Qualifications

    • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required 
    • Some experience in administrative support, clerical work, or customer service 
    • Basic knowledge of office procedures and administrative practices 
    • Proficiency with standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office or similar tools) 
    • Strong organizational and time management skills 
    • Ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences 
    • Attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures
