This full-time clerical support role provides essential assistance to the Executive Director and acts as the main on-site contact at the front desk, managing guest reception, client interactions, and building security.
Responsibilities include client communication, event coordination, website updates, and facility management tasks such as invoicing, ID generation, inspection scheduling, work order submissions, and purchase requisitions.
Minimum qualifications are an associate's degree with one year of experience or equivalent education and experience. Preferred qualifications are not specified.
The position is on-site only, working weekdays from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm or 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, with a salary range of $38,480-$48,526.
