Provides comprehensive administrative and operational support for the Language Learning Center, including budget coordination, student employee supervision, and program logistics. Serves as a primary point of contact for students, faculty, and staff, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations and effective delivery of language programs and services.

Experience working in institutions of higher education
Knowledge of educational management software (Banner), database software, content management systems

Excellent oral and written communication skills
Excellent organizational skills, ability to multitask, and work independently and responsibly; ability to organize and manage a large number of details
Strong working knowledge of MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
