Job Description:
Business Coordinator

Summary:
Serve as a key business integrator providing comprehensive coordination between CES Leadership, Business Operations, Business Development, and technical teams to enable efficient operation and continuous improvement. The Business Coordinator owns essential processes that ensure operational continuity, financial accuracy, and readiness for client engagement. This role delivers ongoing, specialized support that is critical to the businesss daily functioning, revenue growth, and management of organizational knowledge.

Responsibilities:
The Business Coordinator role responsibilities include:

Seattle Office Management:
Oversee Seattle Office facilities management, ensuring a safe, functional, and efficient workspace that supports both in-person and hybrid work models.
Manage inventory, procurement, safety equipment, parking and accessibility, deliveries, and conference room scheduling to support uninterrupted office operations.
Coordinate logistics and hospitality for CES and SAE client and VIP visits to the Seattle Office, directly contributing to client satisfaction and relationship building.
Provide first-level IT coordination for Seattle Office staff, submitting and tracking IT tickets to maintain system continuity.
Administer the businesss timekeeping system, ensuring accuracy in time submissions, correction of project/rate errors, and timely timecard readiness for billing cyclesdirectly supporting accurate revenue capture and compliance.
Support resource management for Business Operations, ensuring optimal staff utilization and workload balancing across projects
Generate project and internal requisitions, monitoring project-based and internal spending to support financial oversight and budgeting.

Comments for Suppliers:
This is a part time position working approx 24hrs per week, T-Th between the 8-5 workday
