About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant III to join a dynamic team in the business operations sector. In this role, you will contribute to ensuring operational continuity, financial accuracy, and enhancing client engagement through effective coordination and management.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee facilities management to ensure a safe and efficient workspace supporting both in-person and hybrid work models.
  • Manage inventory, procurement, safety equipment, and conference room scheduling to support uninterrupted office operations.
  • Coordinate logistics and hospitality for client and VIP visits, directly contributing to client satisfaction and relationship building.
  • Provide first-level IT coordination by submitting and tracking IT tickets to maintain system continuity.
  • Administer the business's timekeeping system, ensuring accuracy in time submissions and timely timecard readiness.
  • Support resource management for optimal staff utilization and workload balancing across projects.
  • Generate project and internal requisitions, monitoring spending to support financial oversight and budgeting.

Requirements

  • Experience in office management and administrative support.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using timekeeping and IT ticketing systems.

Preferred Qualifications (if any)

  • Experience in a similar role within a business operations environment.
  • Familiarity with financial oversight and budgeting processes.
