Part-Time Administrative Assistant | Lafayette, IN
Looking for a great part-time schedule and a fun, fast-paced office environment? We’re looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable Administrative Assistant to join our Lafayette team!
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 1:00 PM–5:00 PM
What You’ll Do:
- Be the friendly face of our front desk
- Welcome clients, agents, and visitors
- Answer phones and help keep everyone connected
- Assist clients arriving for closings
- Handle mail, deliveries, scanning, and documents
- Keep office supplies, snacks, and beverages stocked
- Help with conference rooms and office organization
- Provide basic transaction and marketing support
- Jump in and help the Admin Team wherever needed!
