Primary Responsibilities:
- Oversee the scheduling and management of appointments, meetings, calls, conferences, travel, and other events.
- Prepare reports, presentations, organization charts, data spreadsheets and other documents and materials confirming accuracy of information and format.
- Manage calls and other communications by screening, routing, and directing as appropriate.
- Operate general office machines and other office equipment.
- Oversee ordering of supplies, materials, and other office equipment in adherence to budget and policies.
- Maintain and adhere to record retention policy for both hard copy and electronic reports and correspondence.
- Assist with special projects and other administrative support needs, as required.
- Collaborate with other administrative professionals on projects, coverage, events, and other activities.
- Assist with other responsibilities and activities, as required.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Advanced use Microsoft Office to include Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
- Adept at creating spreadsheets, presentations, various correspondence, and other documents.
- Ability to operate standard office machines.
- Effective and professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Self-directed with the ability to think analytically and effectively problem solve.
- Effectively works independently and collaboratively with others at all levels.
- Ability to manage confidential information, maintain office records and files, and follow record retention procedures.
EDUCATION:
- High School diploma or GED, required.
- Bachelor’s degree, preferred.
WORK EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2 or more years of experience supporting executive level leaders.
- Previous experience supporting remote-based leaders.
PRIMARY LOCATION:
- SCP Office: Lafayette, LA
Pay Range:
16.00 - 23.00 USD per hour
This range represents the anticipated base salary for this role. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity considerations.
