You will…

• Collect and analyze data across multiple programs, proactively identifying and addressing data inconsistencies.

• Maintain accurate, up-to-date information for all dashboard reports to ensure data integrity and timely reporting.

• Manage and regularly update all distribution lists to ensure effective communication across teams and clients.

• Respond promptly to phone calls and inquiries from clients and field personnel, providing clear and helpful support.

• Support the management and distribution of cell phones and related equipment for field operations.

• Provide assistance with field operations and training sessions as needed, ensuring smooth workflow and knowledge transfer.

• Assist with downloading exports prior to dashboard target dates.

• Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by management to support overall department goals.

Minimum Requirements: 

• • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts, present information, and provide training to various audiences.
  • Ability to use non-technical approaches to train users on computer hardware, software, and related applications.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and respond effectively to customer needs.
  • Ability to work effectively and maintain concentration in a diverse work environment.
  • Accurate and efficient data entry skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Proficient computer skills with extensive experience using PCs and business applications.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including heavy use of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to perform extended periods of computer and keyboard work.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to providing timely and effective support
  • Preferred Skills: 
    • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
    • Two years of experience supervising professional staff or leading projects in a technical consulting environment.
