TheAdministrativeAssistantisresponsibleforprovidingadministrativesupporttotheDivisionand/orspecific departmentsasassigned.Thispositionwillprovidegeneralassistancetoalllevelsofstaff.
Actasliaisonbetweensupervisorandothers(i.e.,departments,externalcontacts,vendors,clients, etc.).
Providepromptandprofessionalservicetoallinternalandexternalclients.
Preparesanddistributesinternalcommunicationsandservesasacentralclearingpositionfor general information.
Oversee/processday-to-dayadministrativeitems:mail,overnightmail,packages,expensereports, checks, courier services, maintain office supplies, etc.
Performsfiling,typing,datainputandotherclericalsupporttoallotherdepartmentsand personnel, as directed.
Answerinquiriesand/ordirects callstoappropriatestaff,andtakesmessages,asnecessary.
CoordinateandinitiatemeetingsandtravelarrangementsfortheDepartment.Arrangeschedules for management staff.
Maintainsupervisor'scalendar,schedulemeetingsandconferenceroomsforDepartment.
Composeand/oredit/distributeletters,memos,reports,andotherdepartmentalcorrespondence on time.
Providesupportbyphotocopying,filing,andsendingfaxesasneeded.
Pullsandputfilestodeadstorageas.
