Description

IDR is seeking a Administrative Assistant to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in New Brunswick, NJ. This role supports a fast-paced corporate workplace environment, blending administrative support with front-office hospitality and office services. You will be highly visible onsite, helping deliver a polished, high-quality experience for employees, visitors, and meeting participants.

Position Overview for the Administrative Assistant:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day office support and workplace experience needs.
  • Coordinate meeting and event logistics, including room setup, supplies, and vendor support.
  • Manage workspace and meeting room reservations, resolving scheduling conflicts as needed.
  • Provide hands-on support across office operations (pantry/kitchen, housekeeping coordination, basic A/V troubleshooting, and facilities requests).
  • Communicate professionally with internal stakeholders, visitors, and service partners to ensure timely resolution of requests.

Requirements for the Administrative Assistant:

  • 02 years of administrative and/or office support experience in a customer-facing environment
  • Hospitality, reception, or customer service experience with a polished, service-oriented approach
  • Experience supporting meetings/events, including setup, logistics, and vendor coordination
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and last-minute requests
  • Ability to work onsite 5 days/week in New Brunswick, NJ
