The Administrative Assistant provides communication coordination, background research, and support for client and marketing projects, along with administrative and compliance tasks.
This full-time, in-office role requires strong organization, communication, and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities include handling calls, mail, meeting setup, supplies management, document filing, website updates, scheduling, minute-taking, preparing materials for meetings, supporting proposals and reports, expense and timecard processing, and general office support.
Minimum qualifications include authorization to work in the U.S., a bachelor’s degree or 3+ years relevant experience, and proficiency in MS Office.
Ideal candidates have research skills, organizational and proofreading abilities, and strong communication skills. Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus.
