We are seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant to support our executive team across locations in Cincinnati, Florence, and Orlando. The ideal candidate will have
- intermediate Microsoft Office skills,
- strong multi-tasking and organizational abilities,
- a sense of urgency,
- experience working with C-level executives, vendors, and customers,
- and
- an excellent attendance record.
Preferred skills include strong Excel experience and Jera/Supply knowledge.
Responsibilities include drafting and tracking purchase orders, producing reports, reconciling expenses, maintaining files, handling correspondence, and screening calls for executives.
