Position Overview

Little Falls Alloys is seeking a dependable and highly organized Office Administrator to oversee the day-to-day administrative functions of our office.
\n
\n
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organized, and helping keep a business running smoothly. The Office Administrator will work closely with customers, vendors, production, and management while supporting a variety of office and customer service functions.
\n
The successful candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities
\n
\n
Serve as the first point of contact by answering phones and greeting visitors in a professional manner.
\n
Process customer orders and perform accurate data entry.
\n
Prepare customer quotations, sales documents, and general correspondence.
\n
Support the sales team with administrative tasks and customer communications.
\n
Coordinate with production, purchasing, and shipping to ensure customer orders are processed accurately and delivered on time.
\n
Respond to customer inquiries regarding pricing, order status, and documentation.
\n
Maintain organized customer files and update ERP and CRM systems.
\n
Schedule meetings and assist with administrative support for management.
\n
Order office supplies and maintain an organized office environment.
\n
Assist with accounts payable, invoice processing, filing, and other administrative duties.
\n
Support special projects and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications
\n
\n
Previous experience in an administrative, office support, customer service, or sales support role preferred.
\n
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
\n
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
\n
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel).
\n
Comfortable learning ERP and CRM software.
\n
Professional, dependable, and customer-focused.
\n
High attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills.
\n
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
\n
Experience in manufacturing or an industrial environment is preferred but not required.
