Full Time, Administrative Assistant, Projects Coordinator, Buildings and Grounds

$24 to $30, DOE

Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM- 5:00 pm

Under the supervision of the Director of Buildings and Grounds, the Admin Assistant/Projects Coordinator will provide administrative support and projects coordination; as Move-In Coordinator for new Residents, will serve as a liason with Sales, Buildings and Grounds, contractors and vendors throughout the move in process while creating a positive resident experience and ensuring departmental project coordination; will provide administrative support for construction and CapEx projects; responding to calls and requests from residents, team members, suppliers and vendors; supporting and managing electronic work order system (WorxHub).

Qualifications:

• Ideal candidate would have general understanding and knowledge of construction and project administration;
• Experience working in a senior living setting, enjoying working with seniors;
• Possess and demonstrate strong organizational skills; able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong Microsoft Office skills; knowledge and experience using electronic work order systems
• Customer service and resident relations experience
