Position Overview

The Administrative Assistant/Receptionist will provide exceptional front-desk support and administrative assistance for a growing auto dealer group. The ideal candidate will bring a professional presence, strong communication skills, and the ability to keep daily operations running smoothly in a busy dealership environment.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers, vendors, and guests in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Answer and direct incoming calls, take messages, and route inquiries to the appropriate team members.
