Administrative Assistant/ Receptionist

Hours:

8:30 AM- 5:00 PM

Monday - Friday

Pay: $18 - 20/hour (weekly pay)

Duties:

• Answering phone - transferring to correct department
• Directing customers/visitors
• Incoming and outgoing mail
• Filing
• Creating and entering purchase orders
• Office supply inventory
• Sending weekly job reports
• Ordering kitchen supplies (coffee, cups, etc.)
• Calling vendors for service when needed

Qualifications:

• Basic computer and printer knowledge.
• Basic excel and word knowledge- (creating simple check lists/forms)
• Able to multitask

This is a Contract position based out of Milwaukee, WI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
