This position is administrative and requires strong communication skills, sharp attention to detail, and a proactive, "no task too small” mindset. The ideal candidate has a positive attitude, can handle direct feedback, and works well under pressure while maintaining professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
•Provide daily administrative support to attorneys and office leadership
•Prepare, format, proofread, and manage a high volume of documents and correspondence
•Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems
•Track deadlines, appointments, and key deliverables to ensure nothing is missed
•Assist with document management, version control, and record keeping
•Coordinate schedules, meetings, and internal communications
•Serve as a point of contact for internal staff and external stakeholders
•Support general office operations, including data entry, research, and reporting
•Assist with compiling information, summaries, and materials for projects
•Work closely with attorneys to support case-related and administrative needs
•Help manage task lists and keep priorities on track in a deadline-driven environment
•Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
•Perform additional administrative duties as needed
Qualifications
•4+ years of experience in an administrative, office support, or similar role
•Legal or law firm experience is a plus, but not required
•Strong written and verbal communication skills
•Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
•Ability to manage multiple priorities and stay on top of deadlines
•Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment
•Professional, personable, and able to take feedback well ( "thick skin”)
•Proactive, dependable, and team-oriented
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Work Environment
•In-office role, 32–35 may be up to 40 hours per week (Monday–Friday)
•Collaborative environment to work closely with attorneys
Compensation
•Pay range is $24.00 - $26.00 per hour
•Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
