Hourly Pay Range: The hourly rate for this position is expected to be between $32.00-$34.00 per hour, depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

Job Summary

Eastridge Workforce Solutions is hiring for a contract-to-hire opportunity with an innovative clean energy technology company in San Diego. This highly visible role serves as both the face of the office and a key administrative partner to executive leadership. The ideal candidate is polished, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced startup environment where no two days are the same. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for visitors, vendors, and deliveries while maintaining a professional and welcoming front desk.
  • Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and arrange domestic and international travel for executive leadership.
  • Coordinate meeting logistics, conference rooms, technology needs, catering, and company events.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and assist with planning office events and team activities.
  • Maintain office supplies, snacks, beverages, and breakroom inventory while ensuring a clean, organized office environment.
  • Coordinate with office vendors, cleaning services, and facilities partners to maintain daily operations.
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Assist with expense reports, digital filing, and general administrative support for leadership.
  • Take ownership of office operations by identifying needs proactively and helping ensure the workplace runs efficiently.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in a receptionist, office administrator, executive assistant, or administrative support role.
  • Experience supporting executives with calendar management, travel coordination, and meeting scheduling.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a polished, professional demeanor.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, Slack, and other cloud-based productivity tools.
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining a collaborative, team-oriented approach.
  • Experience in a startup, technology, engineering, manufacturing, or similar fast-paced environment is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
  • Successful completion of any required background check and pre-employment screening, if applicable.
