General Job Description:

Bayonet Plumbing, Heating, and Air Conditioning, a division of IES, is looking for an Office Assistant. This position will provide high-level administrative support to multiple departments within the company.

 

Job duties include:

 

  • Tracking and compliance
  • Reporting
  • Parts receiving and coordination
  • Technician Support
  • Inventory Management
Min: USD $12.00/Hr. Minimum Education: None Minimum Years of Experience: 2-4 Specific Qualifications:

 

Qualified candidates will be friendly, team-oriented, and have the following skills:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with colleagues
  • Effective communication, including speaking, writing and active listening
  • Extremely proficient with Microsoft Office, with a heavy emphasis on Excel
  • Good phone presence
  • Attention to detail
  • Accurate work production
  • Time management, prioritization, organization and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work independently, self starter works well with little supervision
  • Highly organized
