If so, we are looking for you to join our team as a Part-Time Administrative Assistant at Poplar Place in Springfield, IL!
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Providing timely and professional responses to phone calls and emails.
Welcoming tenants and new applicants and guiding them through the application process.
Distributing application materials, conducting interviews, and conducting background and credit checks.
Managing leasing tasks such as lease signings, preparing financial statements and invoices, and performing other administrative duties.
Maintain accurate wait and transfer lists; review applicant files to determine eligibility
Support site and office operations as assigned by manager

ANTICIPATED SALARY RANGE:
$16.00-$20.00 per hour
Annual Performance Bonus
This position is Non-Exempt, meaning eligible for overtime pay
This range is provided as a general guideline and reflects what we reasonably expect to pay for this role at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary depending on a variety of factors, including the candidate’s qualifications, geographical location, and the specific responsibilities of the role. In addition to salary, this position may be eligible for performance bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
Final compensation offers will be determined following a thorough assessment of the candidate’s background and the requirements of the position.
Qualifications:
Prior experience in the affordable housing industry (preferred but not mandatory).
Ability to obtain a leasing license within 120 days of hire
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
A proven track record of managing complex operational tasks.
