Administrative assistant duties and responsibilities include providing administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the Catholic Mission Office. This person will support the Dean of Catholic Mission through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication. The administrative assistant job scope includes communicating via phone and email, ensuring that all administrative assistant duties are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner.

What You Will Do: Answer phone calls and respond to emails on behalf of the Dean of Catholic Mission, the Director of Retreats, and the Director of Service Learning, including communication with students, parents, CCHS employees, and outside vendors parties Support for morning mass by assisting with mass set up and clean up, as well as supporting student altar servers and ministers Support for school-wide liturgies by assisting with liturgical planning and preparing for mass the morning of, assisting with last minute details and helping clean up the gym after mass Provide support for planning and facilitating school wide faith celebrations, such as feast and saint day celebrations and Advent coffee carts Provide support for CCHS's Service-Learning program, The Zak Myers Food Pantry, Dedicated Dons, and the Caritas Service Awards, including occasional support on pantry days Provide logistical and organizational support for CCHS's retreat programs for all grade levels, including assisting with supervisory roles for lowerclassmen retreats Provide logistical and organizational support for Annual Lenten Penance Services Provide logistical and organizational support for CCHS's Dons Discover school immersion and/or pilgrimage program Communicate with our facilities and/or hospitality coordinator to reserve locations for on- campus events, retreats, catering needs, meetings, masses, etc Assist with coordination of employee and parent faith formation events and programs Assist with requisitions and budget tracking Assist with tracking of Catholic Mission Supervision hours for employees Assist with tracking of student Mass attendance and follow up meetings Provide organizational support for CCHS's school wide drives Provide backup support for the front desk on occasion
