Administrative Assistant

We are seeking an Administrative Assistant for an on-site role in Warren, OH. If you have at least 1 year of administrative experience in an office setting and enjoy keeping things organized, accurate, and moving forward, we want to hear from you.

You’ll support a business that supplies steel and lead counterweights by tracking sales orders, inventory, and related documents, then reviewing everything for accuracy. This is a hands-on administrative role with direct communication with clients and internal teams.

Hours
  • 1st Shift (Monday – Friday)
  • 8:00AM – 5:00PM

Pay
  • $20.00 / hour

Key Responsibilities
  • Add and update data across business systems using document management and company software
  • Answer phone calls and greet clients
  • Assist with sales and inventory reports
  • Perform general clerical functions
  • Track and review sales orders, inventory, and tracking documents for accuracy

Minimum Requirements
  • High School Diploma / GED
  • At least 1 year of administrative experience in an office setting
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or a similar business suite
  • Written and verbal communication skills for interacting with clients and staff
  • Strong attention to detail for accurate data entry, document preparation, and report generation
  • Ability to maintain highest level of confidentiality
  • Organized and detail-oriented

Nice to Have Skills
  • Experience supporting sales and inventory reporting
  • Comfort working with document management and business systems

Preferred Education and Experience
  • High School Diploma / GED
  • 1+ year administrative experience in an office setting
