Job Summary:

Coordinates documents and gathers and inputs data related to assigned administrative support duties for a team, department, function or other organizational leader/group. Completes work with a limited degree of supervision.

We are looking for a talented Administrative Associate to join our team in (Wichita, KS).

This role will make an impact in the following ways:

  • Complete data entry, reporting, and document coordination for the team

  • Support projects by gathering, verifying, and updating information in systems and reports

  • Assist with scheduling, meetings, and general administrative tasks

  • Respond to internal and external inquiries in a timely and professional manner

  • Prepare basic financial documentation and support vendor/payment processes

  • Maintain organized records, databases, and team documentation

In order to be successful in this role you will need the following:

  • Strong attention to detail with ability to handle repetitive and high-volume tasks

  • Ability to stay organized and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Comfortable working with data, reports, and systems (Excel or similar tools)

  • Strong communication skills when working with internal teams

  • Ability to work independently while supporting multiple stakeholders

  • Interest in learning and growing within a project or sales support environment

Education, Licenses, Certifications:

High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.

Experience:

Requires significant relevant work experience or specialized skills obtained through education, training or on-the-job experience.

Base salary rate commensurate with experience.
