• 8+ years of corporate recruiting, including full-cycle technical recruitment
• Deep expertise sourcing highly cleared candidates for national security roles
• Demonstrated success managing high-volume, high-priority requisitions
• Strong business acumen with proven ability to navigate complex, compliance-driven environments
• Experience recruiting in ambiguous, fast-paced settings
