[Responsibilities]
- Lead strategic sourcing initiatives to attract top talent for hard-to-fill and niche positions
- Execute local employment branding and marketing campaigns to increase candidate engagement
- Track and measure the effectiveness of branding, marketing, and sourcing activities to demonstrate ROI
- Deliver qualified talent pools for recruiters, supporting seamless screening and slate preparation
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Communications, Community Relations, and external partners on branding, outreach, and recruitment strategies
- Research and implement industry best practices to enhance recruitment processes and outcomes
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and related software for efficient project execution and reporting
- Perform additional duties as required to support team and organizational goals
[Required Skills and Experience]
- Minimum 10 years of recruiting experience, focusing on sourcing and talent acquisition
- Proven track record in employer branding, recruitment marketing, and outreach
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project)
- Strong analytical skills to assess ROI and optimize recruitment strategies
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional and external stakeholders
[Preferred Skills]
- Experience in defense/aerospace or highly technical industries
- Familiarity with workforce strategy and compensation practices
- Expertise in social media recruitment and digital outreach
