    Job Description: Administrative Clerk PART TIME

    Position Overview:

    The Administrative Clerk provides essential clerical support to ensure smooth office operations. This role involves handling various administrative tasks, maintaining records, and assisting with communication within the organization.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls.
    • Maintain and organize filing systems for documents and records.
    • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents.
    • Schedule appointments and manage calendars for staff members.
    • Process invoices and maintain financial records.
    • Support the team in various administrative tasks as needed.
    • Ensure office supplies are stocked and reorder when necessary.
    • Assist with data entry and database management.
    • Handle customer inquiries and provide information as needed.

    Experience:

    • Previous experience in an administrative role preferred but not mandatory.
    • Familiarity with office equipment (e.g., printers, copiers, fax machines).

    Skills:

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
