Semi-professional clerical work which includes working in the Maintenance Department, assisting with the switchboard, Payroll/primary Timekeeper and purchasing in the Maintenance Department. filing, manage contracts for the orders placed. Enter and review employee schedules, leave slips, complete all Prior Period Adjustments and complete all required three parts as needed.

Two years of experience in administrative services.
EXPERIENCE SUBSTITUTION:
Every 15 semester hours earned from an accredited college or university will be credited as six months of experience.

Assure all leave slips are signed and entered before entering into the Payroll System and returned to Human Resources.
