Lallie Kemp Regional Medical Center is a 24-bed acute care critical access hospital serving the Florida Parishes region of Southeast Louisiana. We offer a wide range of services including general surgery and a 24-hour emergency department. At Lallie Kemp Regional Medical Center, we are able to bring you a wide range of services close to home, provided by a network of board certified physicians.
Were currently seeking an Administrative Coordinator 4 to join our Warehouse Department. The incumbent will supervise warehouse operations, inventory control, procurement, shipping/receiving, and PeopleSoft system administration to ensure efficient and compliant supply chain activities. It also supervises warehouse staff through hiring, training, performance management, scheduling, and compliance oversight. Additionally, the role supports hospital operations by maintaining inventory accuracy, coordinating vendor relations, completing required reports, and ensuring a safe and effective warehouse environment.
AN IDEAL CANDIDATE SHOULD POSSESS THE FOLLOWING COMPETENCIES:
Minimum Qualifications
Three years of experience in administrative services.
EXPERIENCE SUBSTITUTION:
Every 15 semester hours earned from an accredited college or university will be credited as six months of experience.

About this job: The Administrative Coordinator 4 is a full-time probational appointment.
Work Location: This Administrative Coordinator 4 position is located in the Warehouse.
Work Hours: Monday -Friday 8am-4:30pm.
Career Progression: This position does not participate in a Career Progression Group.
Compensation: The rate of pay for this position is $15.76/hour + On- Call Pay $3.00/hour.
