    IDR is seeking an Administrative Coordinator to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Fort Worth, TX. This role involves providing comprehensive administrative support to a research department within a healthcare or research organization, ensuring smooth scheduling, event coordination, and day-to-day operational functions.

    Position Overview for the Administrative Coordinator:

    • Serves as the administrative coordinator for the Research Institute Team, handling scheduling, event planning, and clerical tasks.
    • Manages calendars, coordinates onboarding and educational activities, and supports departmental initiatives.
    • Organizes logistics for trainings and events, including registration, materials preparation, and facility arrangements.
    • Supports day-to-day administrative functions such as maintaining records, preparing documents, and assisting with reports.
    • Acts as a professional point of contact for visitors and internal inquiries.

    Requirements for the Administrative Coordinator:

    • High School Diploma or GED required.
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience supporting executives or departmental teams.
    • Healthcare or hospital environment experience strongly preferred.
    • Proven ability to manage schedules and coordinate events efficiently.
    • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
