What We Offer

• Full-Time Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM (guaranteed 40 hours/week)
• Starting Pay: $24 per hour
• Anticipated Annual Earnings: $50,000-$59,000

What You'll Do

• Customer Support & Communication: Answer incoming calls and provide direct support to our customers in the Santa Ana area. You'll serve as a key point of contact, ensuring prompt and professional service across all locations.
• Accounts Payable & Receivable: Manage AP/AR tasks with accuracy and timeliness.
• Dispatching: Coordinate and dispatch work orders to service teams to ensure prompt and efficient response times.
• Account & Administrative Support: Assist with administrative tasks and account maintenance to help our operations run smoothly.
• Banking & Financial Processing: Enter checks into our system and perform routine bank deposit drop-offs.

What We're Looking For

• A valid driver's license
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
• Strong communication and time management skills
• A self-starter with the ability to work independently and take initiative
