    About the Administrative Entity Support Manager Role
    As a Support Manager within our Administrative Entity (AE) team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring assigned Counties remain compliant with state standard and regulations pertaining to the waiver programs of the Office of Developmental Programs (ODP).
     
    This position is ideal for someone who is knowledgeable about waiver regulations, highly organized, and passionate about equitable access to services.
    Administrative Entity Support Manager Core Responsibilities
    • Responsible for the waiver capacity process.  This includes tracking and monitoring to ensure slots are filled and vacated as necessary
    • Manage the PUNS waiting list and continually assess the needs of people requiring services
    • Manage the reserve capacity process and maintain close tracking of special population categories
    • Process SIS Assessments
    • Monitor high risk/complex cases; hold individual provider check-ins.  
    • Review/approve ISPs and authorize services
    • Process base funded service requests
    • Address provider concerns and manage a variety of additional responsibilities
    What You Bring
    • A master’s degree and at least one year of experience working directly with individuals with developmental disabilities, OR
    • A bachelor’s degree and at least two years of related experience, OR
    • An associate’s degree (or 60 credits) and at least four years of related experience
    • Strong decision-making, time management, and problem-solving skills
    • Commitment to compassionate, person-centered support
    • A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
    • Required clearances (Act 33, Act 34, FBI fingerprinting) and drug screening
    • Ability to lift up to 15 pounds and work in an open office environment
    • Willingness to travel throughout the service area as needed

    Location & Schedule
    This position is based in Berks County, Pennsylvania. Work is primarily remote.
     
    Office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
