Job Description
Commercial Property Developer/General Contractor looking for organized individual to manage fast paced office in Canton Mass 2 mil;es from Rt 128.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Commercial Lease Administration
- Strong recruitment knowledge with LinkedIn, Indeed, and Craiglist
- Procurement Sourcing and Purchasing Options
- Manage 10 MS Team Project Channels, Sharepoint Management/CoPilot
- Asssist with Insurance Claims/Legal Disputes
- Assist with Construction Contracts
- Familiar with Construction PM terms and Taking Weekly Construction Meeting Minutes
QUALIFICATIONS
- Must be proficient with Yardi Voyager
- Advanced Proficiency with MS Teams, Co-Pilot and Sharepoint
- Must be proficient with MS Project, Excel and Word
- Must be proficient taking Meeting Minutes
- 5 or more years experience working in office a plus
- Experience working in office of a Contractor, Property Manager or Insurance MGA, Agent or Carrier preferred
Hours: Monday – Friday 8am – 4:30pm
